Carota Mario EVERYBODY DREAMS Summerside, Prince Edward Island Carota Creations 1981 First Edition Paperbound Very Good 8 vo,. Signed by Author pict. paper wraps, 308 pages, illustrated, signed by author on title page, " This is a story told to share a struggle for citizen participation in the government's development plan for Prince Edward Island. It was a grand rural development plan with funds, obtained in the name of the poor, that were intended to help the fishermen and farmers. And, with a unique prograpm for public participation. Instead, the plan was used to build a shopping mall and a yacht club on the waterfront of an urban center. My reaction to that decision by the governments was to ask the judicial system to determine the legality of their actions...."." from the back wrap."
