An 8 x 10 " glass negative of the same image is held by the Library of Congess. Only partial image shown in scan since the item is too large for my scanner. Price:

Cabinet Card (Photograph) RICHARD LLOYD ("Dick") SHERLOCK San Francisco Bradley & Rulofson 1878 Very Good albumen photo, cabinet card (6.50 x 4.25 inches), 3/4 length port. of Richard L. Sherlock, with his name in ink, dated, at foot of back mark. Richard Lloyd "Dick" Sherlock was born in Ireland in 1852. He came to the United States with his brother Tom to settle, first in Humboldt County, California and later to Lake County, Oregon in 1872. He spent his life in the sheep ranching busines with a short time-out to join in the Klondike gold rush in 1898. He died in West Side, Lake County, Oregon in 1937. Please note the scan of the back mark is from a photocopy since I am unable to display both from a single scan. Price:

CDV Canadian Military CDV PRINCESS PATRICIA'S CANADIAN LIGHT INFANATRY SOLDIER Very Good a carte de visite from the studio of J.Harvey, Fredericton New Brunswick, a very good impression of an officer? in the uniform of the P.P.C.L.I. a now famous Canadian regiment which was formed in Ottawa in 1914. The photographer, John Harvey founded his studio in Fredericton in 1883. It remains in operation this day. No backmark. Some loss to bottom edge and a small mark in top background (see scan) Price:
